Fieldex buys 100% strategic Blondeau copper nickel property

Fieldex Exploration Inc. (FLX :TSXV and F7E : FSE) is pleased to announce that it has completed the acquisition of the Blondeau Copper Nickel Property located 3 km east of the former Lorraine Mine (copper / nickel) in the Abitibi-Temiscamingue mining camp, northern Quebec. The Blondeau property covers approximately 208 hectares and will be added in Fieldex’ advanced stage property portfolio.

The historical resources of the Blondeau Property are 227,000 tons grading 0.45% Cu and 0.45% Ni. The historical resources of the Blondeau Property were not calculated as per Regulation 43-101. Those resources were stated in a document published in1967 by the Ministère des Richesses naturelles du Québec entitled Etude spéciales 2.

Under the terms of the agreement, Fieldex Exploration can earn 100% of the project by making cash payments of $35,000 and issuing 25 000 shares to the Owners.

The property is subject to a 1% net smelter return royalty payable to Geoconseils Jack Stoch Limitee and 1% net smelter return royalty payable to Thundermin Resources Inc..

The agreement regarding the Blondeau Property is subject to regulatory approval

No finders fee is to be paid regarding the agreement and the Owners and Fieldex are not related parties.
